I want you to be completely satisfied with any artwork or product you purchase from lanedemoll.com. While I don't offer returns due to the nature of my artwork and products, I truly care about your satisfaction and will always do what I can to make it right.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item please make sure to contact me as soon as possible. Please include a description of the issue and any pictures if possible, this is especially helpful so I can request a replacement for you with our print-on-demand provider.
